Got has no passwords. Enter your e-mail address and Got e-mails you a six-digit code from orders@gotshop.net.
Not in your Inbox? Look in Junk or Spam, mark the e-mail “Not spam”, and add orders@gotshop.net to your contacts so the next code goes to your Inbox.
Only the newest code works. If a code has expired, or was entered wrong too many times, ask for a new one.
Delete your account or photos
In the Got app: open You, then Delete my account.
On your account page: under Account controls, choose Delete my account. To delete one photo, choose Your photos on file, then Delete next to it.
Photos that are part of a sent request cannot be deleted one by one. If you have no order, deleting your account deletes your requests and their photos. Once Got has approved an order for you, the agreement, receipts, payment records and sent requests are kept as long as the law requires. Details are in the privacy policy.
Cancel, return goods and your rights
Prices: the price shown is the cash price and it is the total you pay: a deposit of at least 25% when you sign at your door, then the rest in 3 equal monthly instalments, with no interest, service fee or late fee (0% APR).
